Description:
The Articles of Revival include information setting out provisions to revive (restore) an Alberta corporation under the Business Corporations Act and other legislation. When a company has been dissolved for less than five years either voluntarily or for failure to file annual returns a revival is available. The Revival will make the company’s status “Active” once again in the Corporate Registry.

All outstanding Annual Returns will need to be completed and paid for in order for a revival to be completed.
A valid government photo ID is required to complete this service.
- Fee: Revival: $300 plus $75 /per outstanding annual return.
